Jake Keiser, Principal
Prior to starting her own marketing and public relations firm in January 2006 Jake worked as Director of Marketing and Sales for both the Emergency Care & Safety Institute and the American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) where she forged partnerships with both OSHA and Dept. of Homeland Security. In less than three years she increased membership at ASHI from 1,200 to nearly 33,000 and started the successful annual member conference. Jake began her marketing career in communications with the American Heart Association before moving to technology advertising at Tech Data Corporation. Jake served on the board of directors for Florida Public Relations Association, CWC Chapter as VP of Membership and is an active member of the Economic Development Corporation, the Downtown Partnership and The Public Relations Society of America. Recently she received the honor of being among the "40 under 40" for the Gulf Coast of Florida, an annual honor for young business men and women.
Jake has over 13 years of experience in marketing and PR building brands and guiding companies to success. An accomplished marketer, her expertise and vision in marketing have garnered credibility that translates to increased revenue for clients ranging from the energy industry to the nonprofit sector.
Nick Gulick, Director of Creative Strategies
Motivated by his admiration of extreme sports, Nick filmed, edited and produced Flatline, a globally-distributed documentary about wakeskating, while obtaining bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. He continued his success in film endeavors by starting a prominent production company, OffKilter while simultaneously obtaining a master’s degree in Marketing. He has created video assets for The Nathan Benderson Rowing Facility, the Sarasota Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and Westfield shopping centers. Nick enjoys aiding the creative process from inception to finalization. His role as Director of Creative Strategies provides Keiser & Company with the invaluable asset of original ingenuity.
Marianna Rivero, Art Director | International Accounts
Marianna is an award-winning creative director with over 10 years of design experience.
Primarily based in Madrid, Spain, she utilizes her bilingual skills to promote Keiser & Company and manage creative endeavors overseas. Prior to joining Keiser & Company, Marianna worked with Clark Advertising and had the pleasure of working on prestigious accounts such as Cincinnati Reds and ClosetMaid. Marianna’s superlative design skills are evident with a range of Keiser & Company clients including Shinso Skincare (Japan), Prisma Agencia de Seguros (Costa Rica), Arkema (France), Ringling School of Art & Design (Florida, USA), and Odor-Tech (Louisiana, USA). Accolades for Marianna include a silver ADDY for "vote yes to save baseball" (2008) and a silver ADDY for All Faiths Food Bank (2010).
Steve Jacob, Illustrator | Production Assistant
Art and creativity is a passion for Steve. The never-ending possibilities of art have intrigued him throughout his entire life. Art has developed many characteristics such as work ethic, sense of accomplishment, and most importantly, a sense of self. Steve’s ambitions are not confined to a single style, media, or market. As a graduate of Ringling School of Art & Design his experiences in traditional and digital media have resulted in a well-rounded, client focused team member.
Sarah Dillie | Junior Project Manager
Inspired by the idea that media could influence business, Sarah obtained a degree in public relations. She fulfilled her community relations internship with the Tampa Bay Lightning by helping raise over $10,000 for the American Heart Association. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a specialization in Public Relations from the University of South Florida, Sarah moved to Italy for a year to teach English. She currently aides in the development of client relationships and oversees the implementation of communication for projects with Keiser & Company.
Shavonta Otis | Junior Designer
Before completing her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of South Florida, Shavonta rebranded, designed and produced articles for prominent businesses in the Tampa Bay area. She created USF St. Petersburg’s police car graphic, and designed a logo for USF’s nationally-recognized marine science program, STREAMS. She provides Keiser & Company with excellence in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Dreamweaver.
